Job Summary
Program Coordinator at Benchmark Human Services for Vineland, NJ. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and guiding staff; participating as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop each client's ISP and PCP; providing direct care; completing comprehensive documentation; facilitating repairs and maintenance of the consumer's homes; communicating with stakeholders; participating in hiring and management of direct care staff; scheduling and assisting with clients' medical appointments and procedures; and other duties as assigned. Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalency (Degree preferred), 5 years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, 7 years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
