Job Summary
Coordinate the planning, promotion, implementation, and evaluation of AMCP Foundation programs, events, and initiatives such as internships, residencies, and grants. Manage program logistics, communications, timelines, and stakeholder engagement while recruiting participants, volunteers, judges, and mentors. Host and facilitate webinars and virtual events, coordinating speakers, logistics, and recording distribution. Support the promotion of Foundation activities through newsletters, social media, and email, while maintaining website content accuracy. Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and schools of pharmacy to advance organizational goals. Monitor contact inboxes, manage contracting processes, and maintain participant data and program records.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency working with various databases, including Microsoft Office, Association Management Systems (AMS), CRM platforms, and social media tools
- Relationship-building: Ability to build and maintain ongoing, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization's goals
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
- Ability to work independently within a team setting
- Experience with Smartsheet and CMS preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in association management preferred
- Interest in health care and/or pharmacy preferred
