Job Summary

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and evaluation to Residential Managers while overseeing payroll preparation and apartment maintenance compliance. Develop and monitor Person-Centered Individual Service Plans, including monthly progress tracking, safety assessments, and quarterly mental health reports. Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings, discharge planning, and waiver authorizations for individuals with developmental disabilities. Conduct required staff training on implementation strategies, safety protocols, and clinical procedures. Manage data collection, case management, and internal/external audits. Act as liaison between families, guardians, and external agencies. Work on-call after business hours to address emergencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services Field or a similar area from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with people with Developmental Disabilities
  • 3 years of progressive management experience
  • Valid/current driver's license
  • Annual clearance of the agency background screening process
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructional materials, operating instructions, books, catalogues, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to regularly talk or hear
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, and sit
  • Ability to occasionally use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
