Job Summary
Coordinate program operations for BronxWorks’ Cornerstone youth and adult services: recruit and interview hires, monitor contract and program quality, oversee staff performance and training, prepare monthly reports, and liaise with funders (DYCD, DOH, NYCHA, FDNY). Requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of program experience; strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills; willingness to travel within NYC/boroughs; and the ability to work in a diverse community setting. Preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) and experience in youth/family services. Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is mandatory.
