Job Summary
Program Coordinator to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a nonprofit setting. Responsibilities include supervising and performing case management (planning, implementing, and evaluating Individual Support Plans), ensuring health care needs and safety are addressed, coordinating transportation and staff schedules, providing coordination with residential providers and families, training and supporting staff, maintaining accurate records for program evaluation and billing, and assisting leadership with planning and program development. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years related experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. A comprehensive benefits package is provided. This role operates in Norwood, MA, and is a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- one to two years related experience
- Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD
- Valid Driver's License
- Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
