Job Summary
Program Coordinator for the Bridger program at WellLife Network in Brooklyn, NY. Coordinate and oversee daily operation, supervise staff, ensure quality care, and ensure regulatory compliance with agency and DMH/DOHMH policies. Responsibilities include client screening and assessments for discharge planning, program development and evaluation, staff supervision and scheduling, documentation accuracy, incident reporting within 24 hours, and on-call availability. Requires collaboration with the team, participation in trainings, maintaining confidentiality, and representing the program in meetings. Education path includes a high school diploma/equivalency with OMH/OASAS peer certifications; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
