Job Summary
Develop and execute negotiation and proposal plans for assigned projects while leading cross-functional teams to identify execution roadblocks and ensure delivery of programmatic commitments. Identify issues, track progress, and ensure follow-through on corrective actions, DMRs, and customer requests. Organize interdepartmental activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget, and prepare status reports for leadership. Forecast build and delivery plans, analyze value stream financial data, and drive production commitments through collaboration with operations managers and Production Control. Attend customer meetings to support the Program Manager and may require travel.

- Ability to understand and analyze value stream financial data
- Understanding of the fundamentals of risk and opportunity management
- Ability to apply risk and opportunity management to projects and suppliers
- Supports the development and execution bids through production execution
- May be required to travel
