Job Summary
Contribute to project delivery by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders while monitoring progress against goals and timelines. Draft project review reports and presentations to support the review process, and manage basic data management system elements with guidance from senior colleagues. Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats to ensure adherence to prescribed project management methodologies. Review existing operations to identify continuous improvements and provide support to senior program managers. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring courteous client interactions and quality work.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management and/or related field
- 5+ years of professional Program/Project Controls experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management and/or related field experience

- Experience in PowerBI
