Program Control Analyst (intermediate)

Review program requirements, spend plans, and budget estimates for accuracy and completeness. Identify resource trade-offs within competing programs and provide senior managers with alternative options. Conduct final reviews of program submissions for budget exercises and closing gaps prior to senior management review. Validate analyses used to develop resource requirements and maintain internal controls to minimize data inaccuracy. Coordinate operating guidance incorporating Congressional marks and management decisions. Draft documentation for program budget status reviews, performance measures, and briefings in response to action items. Integrate quantitative analyses techniques into planning and acquisition tasks. Active Top Secret/SCI/CI Poly required prior to consideration. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of work experience required.
