Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML and GenAI platform initiatives across engineering, data science, and product teams. Drive program planning, execution, and governance while managing cross-functional dependencies and ensuring adherence to platform security and compliance standards. Establish and track program KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure seamless execution aligned with business objectives. Own successful delivery with a focus on timelines, quality, and scalability while fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in program/project management
- Strong exposure to AI/ML platforms
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology programs
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in executive communication
- Experience in risk and issue management within complex programs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with GenAI platforms and solutions
- Certifications in Program Management (PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe)
- Exposure to platform governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working in product-oriented organizations
- Knowledge of data engineering and MLOps practices
- Experience in building and operating delivery dashboards and metrics
