Program Compliance Teacher (SKMS/SHS)

Provide ongoing support for building-level staff on guidance regarding local and special education procedures. Monitor IEPs by reviewing documents to ensure quality programming and maintain IDEA compliance at district, state, and federal levels. Complete Prior Written Notice for Child Study, Eligibility, and IEP meetings, while reviewing Individualized Educational Program/Plans using checklists to provide timely feedback. Administer Educational Testing (Woodcock Johnson) as requested and support new special education teachers. Maintain record security and confidentiality, and communicate effectively with team members. Other assignments as deemed necessary by the Director of Student Services to ensure compliance within the schools.
