Job Summary
The Program Compliance Coordinator supports the agency-wide clinical compliance plan and oversees chart reviews to ensure alignment with regulations and standards of care. Responsible for creating trend analyses and dashboards for senior leadership, developing and maintaining a program compliance training curriculum, and delivering training on topics such as best practices, clinical documentation, and clinical writing. Collaborates with leadership across departments to improve staff clinical and clinical-writing skills, participates in special agency projects, and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Works within a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) in Manhattan, NY, supporting housing and treatment programs under city, state, and federal regulations. Strong written and verbal communication, training delivery across multiple outlets, organizational and analytical skills, and familiarity with EHR systems (Outlook 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet) are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Masters required (MSW, LMSW, LCSW preferred)
- 5+ years’ work experience in human services, behavioral health or related fields is required
- Experience or exposure in the areas of program compliance, training, or quality assurance is strongly preferred
