Job Summary
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination. Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans, coordinate care across treatment professionals, and resolve issues affecting care progression. Deliver professional clinical services to residential clients, including biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, family therapy, and discharge planning. Coordinate agency meetings with treatment teams and external providers for assessment and care planning. Monitor care delivery through client rounds, documentation, and intervention against treatment plan deviations. Prepare reports on incidents, treatment progress, and fire code regulations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Manage unit costs, budget resources, and inspect facility safety, cleanliness, and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT
- Expertise in systemic family therapy
- Expertise in crisis intervention
- Expertise in family education
- Expertise in behavioral interventions
- Expertise in group work
- Expertise in substance abuse therapy
