Job Summary
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a program, including pre-definition research, market analysis, and portfolio strategy. Build and launch the curriculum with academic directors and development teams while managing the program-level P&L. Drive post-launch adoption through marketing partnerships, monitor student success metrics, and make ongoing adjustments to improve retention and ROI. Lead a diverse team of 25+ people, including academic program leaders, instructional faculty, and student coaches. Collaborate across cross-functional departments to execute a fast-paced weekly cadence and manage ambiguity in a matrixed environment. Occasional travel up to 20% required for summits and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing degree, or a Post-Master's Certificate, or in place of a master's degree, a PhD in Nursing or DNP
- Active national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Active unencumbered RN license
- 5 years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Leadership and supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution
- 4+ years of related experience to include a combination of program P&L responsibility, able to effectively plan and operate degree-granting educational programs with the goal of driving student outcomes, student satisfaction, and profitability
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year)
- Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed
- Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Nursing in programmatically appropriate/related field
- Experience in higher education
- Experience in developing online education programs and/or developing and scaling rapidly changing organizations/programs
- Experience in developing curriculum and/or high-stakes assessments
- Demonstrated success in change management, and bringing order and structure to complex situations
