Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a program, including pre-definition research, market analysis, and portfolio strategy. Build and launch the curriculum with academic directors and development teams while managing the program-level P&L. Drive post-launch adoption through marketing partnerships, monitor student success metrics, and make ongoing adjustments to improve retention and ROI. Lead a diverse team of 25+ people, including academic program leaders, instructional faculty, and student coaches. Collaborate across cross-functional departments to execute a fast-paced weekly cadence and manage ambiguity in a matrixed environment. Occasional travel up to 20% required for summits and conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing degree, or a Post-Master's Certificate, or in place of a master's degree, a PhD in Nursing or DNP
  • Active national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Active unencumbered RN license
  • 5 years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level
  • 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution
  • 4+ years of related experience to include a combination of program P&L responsibility, able to effectively plan and operate degree-granting educational programs with the goal of driving student outcomes, student satisfaction, and profitability
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year)
  • Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed
  • Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Nursing in programmatically appropriate/related field
  • Experience in higher education
  • Experience in developing online education programs and/or developing and scaling rapidly changing organizations/programs
  • Experience in developing curriculum and/or high-stakes assessments
  • Demonstrated success in change management, and bringing order and structure to complex situations
