Job Summary

The Program Chair for the Master’s in Business Psychology is responsible for academic leadership, curriculum oversight, faculty supervision, and active participation in University committees. This role includes developing and maintaining curriculum to ensure academic quality and alignment with professional standards, mentoring faculty, teaching within the discipline, and coordinating staffing and onboarding with Human Resources. Candidates are expected to possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, organizational tasks, and instructional technologies, along with a clear commitment to student success.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or a doctoral degree in a related field
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in the discipline
  • Ability to design, implement, and assess academic programs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with instructional technologies
  • Commitment to student success

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional certification(s) relevant to the discipline
  • Demonstrated scholarship or research activity
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience working in higher education or adult-focused learning environments
