PROGRAM BUYER

Program Buyer with Mechanical/Plastics background and 12-15 years in New Product Development, supplier management, and new projects. Handles new project & new product developments independently; leads supplier selection, nomination, and management to achieve quality, cost, and timing objectives with suppliers; manages cash-out; aware of SAP MM module for generating Purchase Orders; gathers key information for complex RFQs, identifies market constraints, targets, and schedules; negotiates based on project targets for quality, cost, and deadlines; proposes and compares alternative solutions; presents sourcing recommendations to the Sourcing Board.
