Program Buyer (m/w/x)

Manage internal and external operational execution of the ordering process for assigned programs and platforms from quotation to invoice. Monitor key procurement metrics and project progress to ensure target costs, timing, and quality requirements are met. Develop competitive material and tooling costs for customer offers in coordination with internal departments and early engagement of strategic suppliers. Represent the procurement department with internal and external partners while negotiating independently with suppliers against target specifications for purchased parts. Identify deviations or savings opportunities within your scope and initiate cost-optimization measures independently.
