Job Summary
Coordinate program activities, liaise with stakeholders, and manage documentation to ensure efficient execution of project tasks. Conduct site reviews, assess resource gaps, and monitor timelines while adhering to donor and organizational requirements. Support the Program Lead in project management, including meeting milestones, drafting communications, and facilitating workshops. Assist in data collection, cleaning, storage, and analysis from interviews with community members and health workers. Maintain project files, track budgets, and support procurement processes. Draft reports, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders, including progress reports and impact assessments. Organize field visits and stakeholder meetings, and develop content for newsletters and publications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in social work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years in project coordination/implementation in the development sector
- Strong understanding of community development, livelihood programs, public health, education, or related fields
- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging field conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of government policies, donor-funded projects, and local governance frameworks
