Job Summary
Own end-to-end execution of operational projects, from kickoff through rollout and adoption. Overhaul and rewrite SOPs to ensure clarity and compliance, utilizing AI to automate health checks and deliverables. Translate operational pain points into clear requirements for product and tooling teams, then manage change by training affected staff and verifying post-launch adoption. Flag issues early and act as a bridge between on-ground realities and program strategy. Define success metrics upfront, track outcomes, and deliver retrospectives to inform future work. Use operational data to prioritize initiatives and demonstrate impact.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or hospitality
- Comfort managing multiple projects at once across different stages and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel to Kasa properties as needed
- Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Claude, and Slack
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exposure to short-term rental operations, housekeeping, or maintenance
- Experience scoping or supporting product/tooling work with technical teams
- Comfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or lightweight reporting
- Master's degree preferred
