Job Summary
Coordinate program activities and site reviews to assess resource gaps while ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Manage project logistics including timetabling, stakeholder outreach, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Draft communications, deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, and analyze data from interviews with academics, officials, and community members. Validate, clean, and store data within project timelines while setting monthly goals for skill development. Support the research team in preparing comprehensive analyses to inform all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, in Social Sciences/Public Health/ Management /Epidemiology/ with a focus on maternal, newborn, and child health
- three years of Experience
- Applicants must be age 35 years or below
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in health care delivery/research and working in multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge and skills of methods and tools in both quantitative and qualitative research
- Be proficient with MS Office (word, excel & PPT)
- strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
