Job Summary
Program Associate in a behavioral health outpatient office performing clerical and front-desk duties, scheduling, insurance verification including copays, data entry into MyAvatar EHR, intake/admissions, telehealth support, and coverage at multiple sites as needed. Requires multitasking, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, on-site or remote coverage, and strong computer skills (Word/Excel). Must greet clients promptly and may work some evenings and Saturdays; role involves coordinating with clinicians, processing deposits and paperwork, and supporting office operations across locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED AND 1 year of general office or administrative experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Medical assist experience/background preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a medical/behavioral health setting.
- Outgoing, engaging, and personable communication skills.
- Experience working in a medical or behavioral health office.
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
