Job Summary
Empower children with autism and disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage their independence and plan community-building events and outings. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians while belonging to a supportive team that holds one another accountable. Work in Burlington and Camden County locations including Mt Laurel, Cherry Hill, and Voorhees. Weekend availability is required for various shifts including overnights.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
