Empower children with autism and disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage independence and plan community-building events and outings. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians while maintaining accountability within the support team. This role requires working weekends and evenings, including shifts from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and overnight rotations, with a current driver's license and high school diploma required. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
