Job Summary
Empower children with autism and disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Plan community events and outings while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Encourage independence and foster a supportive team environment where members hold one another accountable. Work in Burlington and Camden County locations, including Mount Laurel, with various shifts including weekends and overnights. Requires a high school diploma, current driver's license, and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
