Job Summary
Empower children and adults to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care while encouraging their independence. Plan community-building events and outings, and communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities within Bancroft's Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program. Work in a close-knit team that holds one another accountable, fostering a supportive environment. This role requires weekend availability and a willingness to work varied shifts, including overnights.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
