Job Summary
Develop and design educational resources for youth outreach, collegiate, and leader development programs. Perform key administrative tasks for Organization programs and assist staff with major projects during peak seasons. Organize components for youth outreach, Young Farmer and Rancher, and leadership initiatives. Oversee registration and administration for conferences, workshops, and the scholarship program. Assist in preparing presentations, facilitating dialogues, and managing the assembly, disassembly, and transport of the Doorways to Ag exhibit and urban outreach events. Comply with Certified Fleet operator requirements for driving and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate of an accredited college or university with a major in an agriculture related field
- Valid Texas driver's license and a driving record at the time of hire which would not place the employee on probation or disqualify the employee from the Certified Fleet Operator Status under the Company Driving and Safety Policy
- Strong verbal and written skills
