Job Summary
Program Assistant supports multiple departments (Residential, Outpatient, Medical Records) with record keeping, data entry, and census management. Responsibilities include coordinating with Admissions to assign participants to counselors, reviewing and ensuring documentation compliance, monitoring progress notes in CMBHS, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and regulatory standards, attending daily meetings, reporting census and transfers for billing and bed availability, assisting with data management and quality of care initiatives, recording urine drug screens, and maintaining participant records per regulations. Emphasizes trauma-informed care and customer service when interacting with participants and community partners.
