Job Summary
Serve as a point of contact for students seeking assistance with internships and experiential learning opportunities. Coordinate, promote, and track internship programs while providing advisement and ongoing support to 10-20 students to ensure successful participation and skill development. Maintain databases, student participation records, and employer contact information. Support the planning and execution of workshops, matching fairs, and employer information sessions. Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and employers regarding experiential learning opportunities. Prepare communications, promotional materials, and reports to support program outreach and assessment. Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence. Collaborate with staff, faculty, and external partners to enhance student access to work-based learning opportunities. This Part-Time Program Assistant role works closely with the Work-Based Learning Specialist to advance student participation in career readiness opportunities at the Center for Career & Professional Development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-focused environment

- Prior experience in higher education, career services, workforce development, or administrative support
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database systems
