Job Summary
Assist members with activities of daily living, personal care, and meal service while facilitating therapeutic recreational programs. Maintain clean, disinfected program areas and monitor members for safety concerns or changes in condition. Communicate professionally with families, co-workers, and referral agencies, and participate in staff meetings and safety training. This part-time role offers daily pay between $17 and $19 per hour in Sewell, NJ. Active Day provides PTO, medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits for those with passion to serve others.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for an extended period
- Successful results of background check
- Additional state-specific regulatory requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- At least one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting
- Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs
- Engaging interpersonal and communication skills
