Job Summary
Stock essential needs supplies, receive deliveries, and prepare 150+ hygiene bags weekly for clients experiencing housing instability. Transport items between storage facilities and service sites in Kent and Seattle, delivering supplies to clients as needed. Maintain organized storage rooms and inventory, reporting shortages to the supervisor. Assist with office space maintenance, including moving furniture and file cabinets between locations. This full-time, on-site role requires a valid Washington driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable Monday through Friday attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid WA Driver's license
- Active driver's license
- Complete a driving record check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to lift 30 lbs of weight repeatedly
- Good driving record
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services
- Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations
- Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
- Organized and detail orientated
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds and temperaments
- Good at working with people and pulling a team together
- Conscientious performance of duties and responsibilities
- Available to work Monday-Friday at our on-site locations
