Job Summary

Support the Greater Boston team in recruiting, registering, and delivering Power of Parenting and Ripple programs across English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Execute recruitment strategies to register 20–25 participants per program by attending events, making phone calls, and running information sessions. Manage program logistics including tracking data in Salesforce, connecting with parents for registration completion, and providing certificates. Collaborate with the Program Manager on Parent Leader selection, troubleshooting partner challenges, and ensuring resources are distributed. Maintain strong relationships with parents to support their needs throughout the program lifecycle. This hybrid role requires in-person attendance at events and meetings approximately twice weekly, typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Candidates must be available for evening and weekend sessions and possess strong communication skills in English plus at least one additional language.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience successfully supporting or coordinating programs/projects, outreach, and/or community organizing
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and at least one additional language
  • Able to climb/descend stairs, bend, and occasionally lift items up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to travel to sites within Greater Boston and occasionally to Western MA for team meetings/events
  • Candidate needs to be available to work some evenings and weekends, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
