Job Summary
Provide administrative support to CBHL Team and TRI-CIT Council, including data entry and coordination of clerical needs for TRI-CIT Committees. Responsibilities include coordinating registration for training and travel, attending and taking minutes for meetings, creating flyers for events, maintaining email distributions, obtaining notary certification, assisting with ordering supplies, coordinating meals for meetings/trainings, documenting expenses, data entry in Care Manager system, copying/collating documents for meetings, opening electronic records, assisting with fundraising and marketing events, coordinating resources, and transporting clients to appointments as appropriate. Demonstrates professional conduct and confidentiality, supports other administrative tasks as directed, and participates in state Community Behavioral Health Liaison meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or technical degree strongly preferred
- CPR/First Aid Training Required
- Reliable transportation
- Driver’s license and minimum state-mandated auto insurance
- 1-3 Years of Position-Related Experience Minimum
- 3-5 Years of Position-Related Experience Preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher)
- Knowledge of criminal justice system and prior use of an electronic medical record a plus
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills required
