Job Summary
Lead design and documentation for building projects, creating permit sets, sketches, and site plans across the DMC manufacturing and construction phases. Coordinate with lead architects, outside vendors, and consultants to support permitting, problem-solving, and material incorporation. Manage and direct junior architects while developing skills in parametric workflows, scripting, and CNC toolsets. Work from desk to factory floor and job sites within a rapid-growth team focused on transforming the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited degree in Architecture or related field
- 4-6 years of experience
- Proficiency with Revit
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Interest in modular construction
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with parametric workflows
