Job Summary
Program Analyst supports the State of Alaska Disaster Case Management Program with programmatic, analytical, compliance, and operational support. Responsibilities include monitoring program performance, maintaining documentation, supporting quality assurance activities, analyzing program data, developing dashboards and reports, conducting QA reviews of case files and records, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, supporting audits and compliance reviews, coordinating with training staff to implement updates, and ensuring data integrity and information security. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; experience developing reports and performance metrics; ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data-management tools; ability to travel within Alaska; ability to work in office or remote settings; and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting program operations, compliance, reporting, quality assurance, case management programs, disaster recovery programs, or related government-funded initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
