Job Summary
Supports the State of Alaska Disaster Case Management Program with programmatic, analytical, compliance, and operational support. Monitors program performance, maintains documentation, supports quality assurance activities, analyzes program data, and ensures compliance with applicable requirements and standards. Collaborates with program leadership, Disaster Case Managers, Resource Navigators, and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery, reporting, dashboards, and program improvement. Includes training support, policy implementation, and participation in audits and data integrity efforts. Proficient in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, and able to translate findings into actionable recommendations; requires strong communication, data management skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration, Emergency Management, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Human Services, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting program operations, compliance, reporting, quality assurance, case management programs, disaster recovery programs, or related government-funded initiatives
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
