Job Summary
Provide analytical support for engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management disciplines, including analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, and maintenance of systems. Develop and review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, and procedures for Government review. Facilitate communication between Program Management Office personnel and Capabilities Integration Officers to support informed requirements and acquisition decisions. Draft, review, and edit requirements and correspondence ensuring alignment with Department of Defense and Marine Corps standards. Coordinate with operating forces to identify capabilities, gaps, and risk areas, and deliver capability briefs. Conduct periodic analysis to validate Approved Acquisition Objectives within the Total Force Structure Management System and assist in Program Objective Memorandum budget development. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 7-10 years of experience, and foundational knowledge of JCIDS policy and DoD requirements processes.
Required Qualifications

- 7-10 Years of Experience
- Foundational knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) policy (i.e., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) 3170.01) and DoD/Marine Corps requirements documentation processes (i.e., DoD Instruction 5000.02, Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 5000.2)
- Foundational knowledge of DoD requirements and capabilities development processes
- Capable of translating warfighter needs and policy guidance into clear draft documentation
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Collaborative, team player
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Basic familiarity with TFSMS and DoD requirements management tools
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds
