Job Summary
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and capture minutes for Communities of Practice and Executive Round Tables within the VA Digital Health Office. Track action items, develop briefing decks, and support needs assessments to identify gaps in digital health services. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and performance metrics while documenting risk mitigation strategies and compiling monthly status reports. Maintain organized documentation to support detailed reporting and assist with stakeholder engagement across VA offices. This contingent remote role requires occasional travel for client engagements and adherence to on-site requirements upon contract award.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, business analysis, or a related support role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing reports, dashboards, and briefing materials
- Familiarity with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision-making
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
