Job Summary
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes for Communities of Practice and Executive Round Tables while tracking action items. Develop briefing decks, support needs assessments, and compile monthly status reports and project dashboards using data analytics. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and performance metrics across digital health initiatives, identifying risks and documenting mitigation strategies. Maintain organized documentation and assist with stakeholder engagement across VA offices. This contingent remote role supports the VA's AI-enabled digital health pipeline, with occasional travel for client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, business analysis, or a related support role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing reports, dashboards, and briefing materials
- Familiarity with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision-making
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award)
- Occasional travel for client engagements may be required
