Job Summary

Coordinate high-level engagements by scheduling meetings with senior Navy officials, program managers, and key stakeholders. Manage complex calendars, arrange travel, and handle itineraries and logistics for senior leadership. Craft executive communications by preparing, editing, and refining correspondence, reports, and presentations for top-level decision-makers. Ensure presentation excellence by reviewing PowerPoint decks for accuracy and compliance with SSP branding standards. Plan and execute conferences, meetings, and special events to ensure seamless delivery. Provide essential support including answering phones and responding to emails. Requires a bachelor's degree, three years of executive assistant experience, and an active DoD SECRET clearance. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance or higher or have held an active clearance within the past two years
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working within DoD/DOW, DTS (travel system)
  • Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related technical terminology
