Job Summary
Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyzing requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Perform management and technical business case analyses while collecting, organizing, and interpreting data for aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs. Track program status and schedules using government processes for documentation, change control, and data management. Develop comprehensive Program Staffing, Training, and Resource Allocation Plans to support contract execution. Maintain proficiency with AMS, RDAIS, and PPBES forms while managing SOWs and CDRLs. Requires a BA/BS degree, 3-8 years of experience, Secret clearance, and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- BA/ BS degree
- Associate's Degree plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience
- four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3- 8 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
- Proficient with using the AMS
- Familiar with ACAT level programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) forms related to Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES)
- Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW, and CDRLs
- Experience with Research Development and Acquisition Information System (RDAIS) reporting requirements, including understanding data inputs, timelines, and compliance expectations
- Experience developing comprehensive Program Staffing, Training, and Resource Allocation Plan (PSTRAP) documents, including staffing plans, training requirements, resource allocation, and workload forecasting in support of contract execution
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
