Program Analyst

Define technical objectives and support the creation of acquisition plans, schedules, and life cycle cost estimates for the Indirect Fires Protection Capability Increment 2. Lead and coordinate Integrated Product Teams while facilitating communication across internal and external partners. Develop program planning objectives, support PPB&E activities, and identify and mitigate program risks. Maintain integrated master schedules, prepare statements of work and contract documents, analyze contractor performance, and ensure compliance with Agency and DoD acquisition policies. Requires a BS or BA degree, ten years of relevant DOD experience, working knowledge of Army procurement requirements, and an in-scope Secret security clearance. Some travel is required.
