Job Summary
Evaluate program effectiveness and business processes using qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess operations and manipulate data for program status presentations. Plan, analyze, and identify risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness while recommending improvements to operating programs. Lead analysis of business process performance to support the development of executive-level metrics and dashboards, demonstrating an understanding of Lean Agile principles to drive organizational change. This senior-level role focuses on surge-support and workforce modernization activities within ORIS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with EIWMP, IDI, or VIC
- Experience producing reports for VA senior leadership
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
