Program Analyst, Infomratics Mid-Level

Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of informatics programs, business processes, and surge-support activities. Collect, analyze, and report metrics for Weekly Meeting and Monthly Report cycles, while assessing issue trends, ticket velocity, and training completion data. Manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations for improving business processes. Assist with readiness assessments and gap analyses under the IAP-to-EIWMP incorporation effort, and prepare data packages that feed the Informatics Surge Readiness Index. Requires a Bachelor's degree with five years of program analysis experience, preferably in clinical informatics or VA healthcare.
