Job Summary
Support the Director of Programs and Senior Managers with qualitative and quantitative analyses focused on budget, risk, and performance metrics using EVM techniques. Plan, establish, and review contracts and policies while researching and resolving contract issues. Collect, analyze, and report data to make recommendations on contract performance and milestone execution. Update and monitor overhead budgets and manage deliverables at both project and program levels. Requires BA/BS with 5 years' experience, Deltek expertise, and a valid Government Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or currently enrolled
- 4-8 years' technical experience
- Previous experience working within an EVMS environment
- Expertise in Deltek, Cost Point, COGNOS and COBRA
- Thorough understanding of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Previous technical writing and proposal writing experience
- Previous experience working in a DoD, IDIQ environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
