Job Summary

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items for small to medium-sized programs while creating and controlling project schedules. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and prepare status reports for stakeholders, using project data to identify budget and schedule variances. Oversee proposal schedules, review Requests for Proposal, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to gather internal inputs for estimates and scope assumptions. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the PMO to ensure clear communication regarding project updates and changes. This role requires a four-year degree in Engineering or Business Administration with minimum three years of relevant experience in program administration or proposal coordination. The position involves 25% travel for flying and driving to various international and domestic worksites, and requires a valid driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • Four (4) year degree in Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience in project administration
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in program administration, proposal coordination or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Travel 25% (flying and driving) to various international and domestic worksites
  • Driving personal vehicle for errands
  • State driver's license and clean driving record
  • This position must meet export control compliance requirements
  • "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
