Job Summary
Program Analyst for ICAM Enablement supporting preparation, coordination, and documentation of Mission Partner engagements across multiple Tiger Teams in a hybrid role at Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities include organizing materials and artifacts for ICAM Enablement activities, coordinating engagement documentation (agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs), ensuring consistent documentation standards, consolidating inputs from technical experts into clear documentation, supporting program leadership with awareness of goals and timelines, coordinating meeting artifacts, tracking action items, and maintaining program communications.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years substituted experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- US Citizenship required
- 5+ years experience in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis
- Experience with collaboration and project-tracking tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to consolidate technical and functional content into clear, consistent documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
