Job Summary
Program Analyst for the ICAM Enablement effort to support preparation, coordination, and documentation of Mission Partner engagements across multiple Tiger Teams. Responsibilities include preparing, organizing, and maintaining materials and artifacts; coordinating and maintaining engagement documentation (agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs); ensuring consistent documentation standards across Tiger Teams; consolidating inputs from technical experts, solution engineers, and leadership into clear, structured documentation; supporting program leadership by tracking goals, timelines, and priorities; coordinating meeting artifacts and developing briefing and planning materials; maintaining program communication artifacts and facilitating collaborative information sharing; identifying and resolving administrative or workflow blockers affecting documentation or coordination. Hybrid work arrangement at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Secret clearance
- 5+ years in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis
- Experience supporting programs in complex DoW or technical environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to consolidate technical and functional content into clear, consistent documentation
- Experience with collaboration and project-tracking tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or Microsoft Teams
