Job Summary

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items while monitoring and controlling project schedules for various programs and projects. Assist in creating schedules, reviewing Program EACs, Orders, and financial data to identify budget and schedule variances, then communicate findings with actionable mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Support sales proposals by tracking internal task progress, creating proposal volumes and quotes, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to gather work estimates and scope assumptions. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the PMO to ensure clear communication regarding project updates and maintain accurate documentation for all activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Four (4) year degree in Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience in project administration
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in program administration, proposal coordination or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Infrequent travel required (<5%) to AeroTEC facilities and potential conferences and meetings (flight and automobile travel)
  • This position must meet export control compliance requirements
  • To meet export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
  • 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
