Job Summary
Conduct Program Month Ahead and EOY forecast reviews, model variances, and evaluate target change requests for individual projects. Perform adhoc reporting and deep dives into specific projects to drive cost and forecast insights. Partner with Program Managers and project PM teams to gather data on projects driving financial variances, while serving as backup to the Program Manager and communicating directly on the program's financial performance. This role requires understanding of AO financial structures (PRJ, RET, DET) and proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataflow. The hiring range is $70 to $82.50 per hour.
Desired Qualifications
- Former Project Manager (PM), Project Controls Analyst (PCA) or Business Operations Analyst
- Understanding of AO financial structure: PRJ, RET, DET, etc.
- Power Bi, Power App/Automate and Dataflow basic knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Power Bi, Power App/Automate and Dataflow
