Job Summary
Conduct personnel background investigations for rapid vetting and coordinate tracking of related progress. Provide acquisition support by developing requirement documents, conducting market research, and estimating costs. Deliver program-level analysis and reporting on construction projects, infrastructure sustainment, and operational costs to assist decision-making. Coordinate real property management activities, update monthly reporting for asset tracking, and manage inventory documentation. Support project execution from initiation to close through reporting, QA/QC of requirements documents, database management, and change request reviews. Monitor and mitigate project risks related to performance, schedule, and costs by preparing risk reports and tracking mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Ability to follow the Executive Order 14042 mandate regarding COVID vaccination and client requirements to ensure compliance
- Must be able to pass a minimum background investigation for U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Must be able to work well with teammates in a fast-paced environment that is deliverable driven
- Must be able to analytically break down large collections of data, and be able to provide meaningful trends/stories to provide the client the ability to perform better data driven decisions
- Must be able to work autonomously and provide expert level support and guidance on focus areas
- Must have experience working on geographically dispersed contracts and projects and has provided effective management of contract stakeholders
- Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel
- Must have experience with Access
- Must hold a current, active CBP or DHS Public Trust suitability background investigation
- Must have DHS experience
- Must have experience working within the government
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience is preferably in Business/Data Analytics
